We want you to love your purchase from Sixth Vibe.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags/packaging (if applicable)

Exchanges

Want a different size or color?
We can help you exchange an item as long as it is still in new condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item

  • A wrong item received

  • A manufacturing defect

If the issue is on our end, we will cover the shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Note: Bank processing times may vary.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Worn or washed clothing

  • Items without original condition

  • Clearance or final sale items (only if you choose to mark any products this way)


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@sixthvibe.com with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

We will resolve it quickly.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Email us and we’ll help investigate
