Shipping Policy – Sixth Vibe

At Sixth Vibe, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and without hassle. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our products.


Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your package ships.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may extend to 3–5 business days.


Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)

Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update once the carrier scans the package.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The weight of your items

  • The shipping method selected

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!


Wrong Address / Address Changes

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to modify the address, and you may need to contact the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Sixth Vibe is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked Delivered by the carrier

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

If your package is missing, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


International Shipping

(If you don’t ship internationally yet, use this:)
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping options will be added soon.
